5 Year Residential Guarantee

The 5 Year RoofStar Residential Guarantee provides the best assurance to homeowners that the roof they buy offers long-term and trouble-free performance. Our confidence is substantiated by the large majority of design authorities in BC who support the program and demand the RoofStar Guarantee in their specifications. The RoofStar Guarantee is only offered by the members of the Roofing Contractors Association of BC.

With the introduction of the 5 Year RoofStar Residential Guarantee, homeowners can take advantage of the same roof guarantee protection that ICI building owners have used and trusted for 50 years.

The fee for the 5 Year RoofStar Residential Guarantee fee is $300.00 which covers single family residences for new or re-roof projects, to a maximum roofing contract value of $15,000.

The 5 Year RoofStar Residential Guarantee includes:

• 5 Year RoofStar Residential Guarantee Certificate
• All roofing inspection reports
• A roof plan detailing penetrations and protrusions (when available) 
• Pictures (when available)
• Roof System Record which includes Guarantee Certificate and Roof Maintenance Guide
