ROOM RENTALS
RCABC has two fully equipped meeting rooms available to rent for your next gathering.
Rooms are available Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4:00 pm (no evenings or weekends).
$50 clean up charge will apply if rooms are not tidy and furniture returned to original state.
$50 administration fee will apply for cancellations received within 3 business days; $10 fee for all cancellations 4 or more days prior to rental.
Easy access from Hwy 1 and free parking. Please bring your own laptops or computers.

$260 + HST = $291.20
No charge for RCABC members
Includes: Sound system, podium, WIFI, LCD projector, 8' projection screen & whiteboard. Kitchen access with stove & fridge. U-brew coffee & tea included.
Boardroom South
$160 + HST = $179.20No charge for RCABC members
