10 Year roofstar Guarantee

Under the 10 Year RoofStar Guarantee the roofing contractor is responsible for any claims for the first two-year period and RGC for the remaining eight years.

Roof inspections for the 10 Year RoofStar Guarantee are performed by an independent inspection firm on a daily basis, whenever possible, while roofing is in progress. Two-year re-inspection requirements are the same as for the 5 Year RoofStar Guarantee. In addition, the 10 Year RoofStar Guarantee features two maintenance inspections during years five and eight by an independent roof inspector, typically from the same inspection firm that completed the original roof application inspections.

The 10 Year RoofStar Guarantee includes:

• Inspections based on daily, whenever possible, during the actual roofing application, typically starting with a deck surface inspection
• Final inspection upon completion
• Written report by independent inspection company
• Roof System Record which includes Guarantee Certificate, Roof Maintenance Guide
• Re-inspection two years following completion
• Five year roof maintenance inspection
• Eight year roof maintenance inspection
• Written reports presented to owner
