RCABC has two meeting rooms available to rent for your next gathering. Posted rental fees are not-for-profit and community partner rates.
RCABC reserves the right to charge rental fees based on the rental purpose. Parking fees may also be applicable.
$50 + GST clean up charge will apply if rooms are not tidy and furniture returned to original state.
$50 + GST administration fee will apply for cancellations received within 3 business days.
$10 + GST fee for all cancellations 4 or more days prior to rental.
Meeting room organizers are expected to maintain care and a high standard of cleanliness as follows:
- All waste and recycling must be disposed in appropriate bins located in the shared kitchen area
- Coffee machines must be turned off, carafes emptied and dishwasher loaded (if applicable)
- Countertops must be cleared of debris and wiped clean
- Meeting materials are removed
- All furniture is returned to its original set up
In the event of physical damage or cleaning is required, meeting organizers will be invoiced for the cost of repairs and cleaning services starting at $50.00 + GST per hour.
