RCABC welcomes Robert Scales!
Rob Scales has been hired as Director of Education and Training at the RCABC Educational Foundation (REF). Rob assumed his new role August 13th after an industry search and meeting with a variety of people at RCABC during the interview process. He will transition with outgoing Director Dave Coleman until the end of August, when Dave assumes a new role near his home in Quesnel.
Rob has 15 years of management and leadership experience in both union and non-union training environments in the private sector and government, and direct experience with trades training acquired while at the Industry Training Authority in a variety of roles. Most recently he has been running a successful consulting business.
“The combination of past experience and organizational fit made Rob the unanimous choice in our selection process. He joins a dedicated team of instructors focused on delivering the Apprenticeship, Safety and related programs our members rely on” said RCABC CEO Bryan Wallner.
