On December 6, 2025, at the Awards Luncheon, the following individuals were recognized for the 2025 Service Awards:
- The Stan Gregorowich Award is given annually to an individual for outstanding support of Education and Training in the Roofing Industry. This year’s winner is Rob Harris, RCABC Seasonal Instructor.
- The Douglas McLean Memorial Award for outstanding contributions to the roofing profession by an RCABC Associate Member. This year’s winner is Bob Thurston with Siplast.
- The Douglas Grant Kilpatrick Memorial Award is presented to the individual who best exemplifies sportsmanship within the roofing industry. This year’s winner is John Pitre with Trimstyle Consulting Ltd.
- The Kenneth J. Grant Award is presented to an individual who contributes above and beyond to further the objectives of the Association and the roofing Industry. This year’s winner is Tom Parisien with Westcoast Roof Inspection Services Ltd.
- RCABC’s Honourary Council recognizes an individual for their continued contribution to RCABC and the roofing industry in BC. This year’s winner is Murray Tysowski with Aurora Roofing Ltd.
